Duties
- Triages the inbox and flags what needs a reply today
- Schedules and reschedules meetings across calendars
- Turns meeting notes into a task list with owners
- Processes incoming invoices and routes them for approval
- Extracts data from documents into your systems
- Keeps CRM records clean — dedupes, fills gaps, flags stale entries
- Prepares a weekly summary for the owner
Out of scope
- Approving or paying an invoice
- Making a decision that changes company policy
- Any one-off request that isn't already a defined recurring task
- Access to systems beyond what's explicitly connected
- Hiring, firing, or HR matters
